Since they opened here it has been my go-to pho place for lunch, close enough to my work and pretty quick with their service.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! My family dinner plans fell through, and I had to scramble to find a healthy restaurant to feed my 2-year-old twins. The staff was very accommodating, and made my last-minute dinner outing much easier. They automatically brought me a water and two kids water cups, without me having to ask. I ordered a kids pho for my toddlers to share, and they volunteered to split the bowl into two servings and cut the noodles so they would be easier to eat. I ordered a barbecue pork rice plate for myself. All the food came out very quickly. Everything was tasty and well-priced. I am so happy I found this place on a whim! It's located really close to the Fircrest tot lot, so I'll definitely be here again after another playdate!

I would say this is your average pho place. Nothing extreme about the pricing and the menu. It seems to be less authentic but has a great vermicelli selection! I like the options and the variety of drinks and smoothies they offer. Pho was 4/5 for flavor, it was a little too oily for my taste but otherwise delicious with lots of meat.

Ummmm, why did I NOT know this was here!
Since moving to the Northend, I realized the lack of Pho places north of 38th Street..... I can't even remember how I found this place because I swear whenever I yelped Pho in my current location, 38th street popped up! Anywho, been here a handful of times now and they are always very nice and fast! The place never seems busy inside but I believe they do alot of pick deliveries.
I'll have to try other menu options as I've just had the Pho and spring rolls.
    Updated review coming soon:)

A friend and I stopped by Pho Tai today for lunch. It was the first time for the both of us. The space is small but cozy and tables are spaced far enough apart that you have privacy. When we got there around noon there was a surprisingly large lunch crowd. Food was still quick though!

I was going to order just a regular vegetable pho but they have a deal where you can get a large pho + a spring roll for $10 or so. Being that I'm kind of a spring roll connoisseur, I ordered a large veggie pho with a tofu spring roll.

The spring roll was large and fairly basic but still really good. Aside from noodles, lettuce, and basil, they also put fried onions in it, which was new to me but super yummy. My spring roll was wrapped a bit loosely which made it tricky to eat but I made it work.

The large pho was HUGE, like -- almost enough for 2 people. A regular will definitely be my go-to in the future.  Like other reviews state, the broth is super flavorful here. You won't be let down. I also appreciated the assortment of veggies -- carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage. They weren't skimpy with them either!

My friend ordered a house spring roll (shrimp and ham) and the bbq chicken vermicelli bowl. She gave both two thumbs up.

Overall, Pho Tai on Center is solid. Food is good, portions are plenty, and prices are fair. I knock off one star because the service wasn't the best (our order felt rushed, they forgot our extra side of peanut sauce, no refill on our waters) but it was also a packed house so I didn't take it personal. I'll be coming back for sure.
